Well the hunt is over for another 6 months.I have added the solution to the webpages and will leave it there for a couple of days.Congratulations to those who found it.
During April I am taking a break from sewing nappies. I have been working from 6am until 2am most nights, usually sewing during the day and knitting at night and I have had little time to do "normal " stuff so need to catch up on my life.
I turn 60 in a few weeks and DH turns 65 the week before that.
I have decided to put a hold on all NAPPY orders for at least April. Any stock on hand will still be available to purchase as instocks, until cleared, but please do not ask me to do a custom as I have a problem saying no and I really need some time to do other things.
I will continue to accept knitting orders ANY TIME for soakers and longies but please be aware orders are filling very fast and at this stage I can not promise anything more for April; it is however impossible to gauge the waiting time accurately but I prefer to err on the side of later rather than soooner. My lovely knitter in Adelaide,Frances needs some family time also.
I have some limited stock of KKs, and some minkees which are on the fitted page.
All nappies are priced below $30, in keeping with the theme of cloth on a budget. Knits are also budget priced, but these prices apply to standard items, with wool chosen by us on your behalf; extra leg or rise lengths may add to the cost as they use a lot more wool.
All my stock including jewellery will be on the Possum Pouches site only, for April and if I get time you may see a few items listed during the month as one-offs.
Please watch this blog for updates in case anything gets added to the site during the month-you never know what you might see there.
I am also cutting down on my online time; I am here so much of the day that it also is eating into my work time. I will answer emails once or sometimes twice a day, either early morning or in the evening and will possibly not reply at weekends.
We have had some additions to the family this week with the arrival of our lovely chooks. DH built them a Chook Hilton, complete with CD Rack ladder ( we are not big fans of Ikea so were happy to give it to the girls) and last night was their first one in their new home;I am not sure if they enjoyed the noise from the lorikeets early this morning though. We are hoping for lovely yellow yolked eggs very soon.
